What we receive
When you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we receive what you send: your name, phone number or email address, and your booking details (activity, date, number of people). The booking form on this website does not store anything; it only opens WhatsApp with your message ready to send.
How we use it
Only to answer you, organise your activity and contact you about your booking. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Services from other companies
WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, shows our Google reviews through a review widget, and links to Google Maps and TripAdvisor. These services may receive technical data such as your IP address when the page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep booking messages only as long as needed for your booking and for our legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to sahararentalmerzouga@gmail.com. We follow Moroccan Law 09-08 on personal data and, for visitors from the European Union, the GDPR.
